Sod / Turf
Sod is a living plant which makes it a highly perishable product, so we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. We guarantee our sod to be alive, true to name as sold, and in good planting condition upon pick-up or delivery. Pro Turf does not guarantee the survivability of sod due to conditions beyond our control such as insufficient watering, improper handling or installation, chemical or fertilizer burn, or sod left on pallet beyond day of delivery.
Delivery & Farm Pick Up Policy
Pro Turf routes the sod loads in the afternoon for next day’s deliveries. A representative from Pro Turf will contact you between 2-6pm the day prior to scheduled delivery date with an estimated delivery time.
Because Pro Turf harvests our sod specific to your order, all cancellations or changes must be made by noon the day before your scheduled delivery. Changes or cancellations for Monday orders must be made by 9am the Saturday prior to delivery (April-September) or noon Friday (October-March).
Deliveries are curbside. The safety of our drivers is our first concern. Any placement of product beyond curbside will only take place when told to do so. Pro Turf is not liable for any damage to property if placed beyond curbside.
Delivery times are estimated and do not account for circumstances beyond our control i.e. traffic, break downs, difficulty of prior deliveries, etc. We make every effort to deliver on time.
All sod pick ups at our farm location must be made within the following hours: Monday-Friday 7am to 2:30pm and Saturday 8am-10am.
Prices are subject to change.
All claims for damaged material or improper quantities must be addressed at the time of delivery. No exceptions.
Seed and Fertilizer
We ship our seed and fertilizer orders once a week, therefore you should get your delivery (via UPS) within approximately a week of your purchase.
We will gladly refund any unopened product returned within 30 days. Excludes shipping.
